  NOT RECOMMENDED. Cheated me for BOND CLEANING, lied to RTA. I vacated the house in Paddington, QLD and got Bond cleaning done and provided the receipt to Ray White. NICK McSWEENY(agent) spotted some problems in cleaning and got the re-cleaning done(without asking me) and handed over the bill to me and got it deducted from my Bond money. He did not ask me or my cleaner to fix any issues he found. After I complained with RTA, Nick agreed to bear 30% of the charges of RE-CLEANING which was done without my consent.I did not want to waste my time on this issue and agreed to pay 70% of re-cleaning cost. I got to learn from RTA that NICK McSWEENEY has not kept his words and had backed out of paying even 30%. So, I had to bear 100% of re-cleaning cost as well. Also, he is also one of the most unresponsive property agent I have dealt with. Please exercise CAUTION while dealing if you HAVE TO.

I know she has been in the industry for a good while and frankly, her experience shows! Instead of rolling out slick upsell pitch after upsell pitch like some rental agents do to property owners, Brooke quietly impressed with a sound knowledge of property; what makes a home present and rent well; and some useful tips.
